I would like to accuse Northamptonshire Police for breaching my Human Rights under

Human Rights Act 1998 .

I would like to describe some of facts , wich deliberately show how badly I was treated by

Nothamptonshire Police .

- On 18^th February 2008 , at about 7 p.m. I and my boyfriend Marek , we were

at police station in Northampton . I was speaking with one out of members of police staff

by reception desk .

I reported him , that Marcin Grześ ( colleague from my work ) , sprayed paralising gas

into my direction , how I immediately started to chock and cough , how my eyes started to

hurt .

How dangerous it was for my health and life . It happenned during working hours ,

within operating area ,on the platform about 2 meters high and by the working machine.

The member of police staff , in spite of this , refused to help me and record my claim .

( I have got recorded all that event on tape ) .

I and Marek , we came back home .

I knew , that each phone call made to police is recorded , so I rang up police at 7.50 p.m.

This time , when I accused Marcin Grześ of spraying gas , they admit my charge and gave

me number of incident : 750 18/02/08 .

Next day - 19^th February 2008 , in the evening visited me at home - PC 915 O’Donnel .

She also refused to make further investigation , saying that it is not police matter .

I asked her for help , I described my awful situation at work . I said her about

discrimination , harrasment , victimization and violence .

As a comment I heard “ACH THAT MEN”

- On 28^th April 2008 I was calling to police again - this time I was reporting that Tom

Ragan ( another worker ) hit me with hard patato into my leg . I had got a big bruise . The

second patato ommited slightly my head . I was in hospital , I had strong headache caused

by stress . On the second day I was unable to go to work . Headache was even stronger I

was vomiting I went to hospital again .

On 29^th April I was visited by PC A.Titchner. He promised me help , but he did not keep

his word . Again nobody from police helped me .

- On 15^th May 2008 , I was calling to police for the third time .

I asked for making case against Alibone Recycling Ltd , Moulton , Northants , company

were I was working and against Tom Ragan - one out of workers for violence at work .

This day Tom Ragan tried to hit me again. This time plastic bottle ommited my head only

for few centimeters .

On 17^th May 2008 , at 10 a.m. visited me at home PC M. Proctor .

Once more I described what happenned and I complained that it was not a first time , that

physical and psychical violence is commonly applyied towards my person at work .

Again I had no help from police .

I shown him letter , which I intended to send to police , to make an official claim .

PC Proctor dissuaded me from sending this letter and said that police will not help me .

In spite of his words I posted letter on 17^th May 2008 .

I heard from police on 22^nd May 2008 . They said that they were speaking to T. Ragan

and to one out of my bosses and that there are no reasons for making investigation .

Again nobody spoke to me , I was not present when police was speaking to T.Ragan and

to my boss , so they could say whatever they wanted .

- On 13^th June 2008 my boss Jason Gray said that in his office is policeman and that he

wants to speak with me . I took with me my boyfriend Marek. In the office

were waiting Ian Gray ( My next boss ) , Doris Pietniczka - Panek ( HR Officer ) and

policeman Allan Titcher , that appointment was arranged with our bosses ( what

policeman admitted) , but without our knowledge . He said , that he wants to help us . We

had no chance to prepare for this meeting . We could not present our documentation ( we

could not keep anything confidential in our canteen , there was specially arranged

burglary to our cupboards in canteen , somebody was looking through my and my

boyfriend’s stuff ) , we simply could not speak in presence of our boss . Additionally

Doris was making notes , what was really very stressful . When we asked ( couple of

times ) for next , planned in advance meeting in neutral place and without our boss ,

policeman ceased meeting with comment , that he can not do anything else .

He refused to help us .

I accuse police under Human Rights Act 1998 .

Under this Act police must :

- do all that can reasonably be required to protect individuals at risk of violence or harm ;

-protect vulnerable victims ;

- carry out investigation .

Police should seek to encourage the reporting of crime by vulnerable victims . Special

measures are recommended for victims of race crime .

Protection and reassurance should be provided .

Apropriate interview techniques should be used .

The police should liaise to ensure that the needs of the complainant are met during the

investigation.

Under Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 victims is eligible for Act’s special

measures if they are :

- are likely , because of their own circumstances and the circumstances relating to their

case , to suffer fear or distress in giving evidence which is expected to affect its quality .

I was asking many times Northamptonshire Police for help , offences were commited and

I reasonable have belived that crimes were taking place . Police did not help me , did not

protect me from further harassment , discrimination , violence and victimization .

Northamptonshire Police has broken every mention above Artcles .
