Beata- sorry that I am coming so early since the morning----------------

Beata-On Monday I will call to my GP ,I would like to take half of day off in next week,because since Monday this week I have been taking anti depression drugs,I was complaining on 30/04/2008 in my return to work sickness form that I am sufferring from permament headaches and stress at work . After these medicines I feel badly or even worse and with this connection I would like to go to GP

Doris-Beata whilst taking these medicines do you feel good enouhg to work at all ?

Beata-yes,only�c.

Doris-And what are indicates for these drugs

Beata-I can not to operate any vehicle,my movements is slower.I feel more stiff , but I think that it is not noticeable for others I have just felt ,that I am slower and I feel stupor in my head,but everything is almost OK I feel fog in my head but thanks to that my head does not hurt me so much

Doris-I do not know what to say.I must say that I have to inform Julia about that

Beata-but Julia knows about that

Doris-that you take drugs

Beata -on 30/04/2008 I gave my sickness form and there is about stress and headaches

Doris-but you did not take medicines at that time

Beata-yes but nobody posted me to the doctor for examination,nobody took care of that and as a present I obtained couple of the most stressful days at work.It was result of my sickness form

Doris-I am telling you only that I have to tell her that you have been taking antidepression drugs

Beata-my GP said that I have to take them only per week, and I will be taking them until Sunday ,and next week I must go to the doctor and tell him how I am feeling after taking these drugs and probably he posts me to the specialist

Doris-have you got appointments book

Beata-GP has not given me anything

Doris-because when you take your appointment card,when you book your half of day off. I need have got proof that you were at GP.Your visit will be paid than that you will not need take holiday,Or appointment card or any doctor�fs note with his signature and stamp that you were on consultations or examinations

Beata- do I have to take holiday for that

Doris-no,I would like to avoid that and so I am telling that you deliver me something from your GP

Beata-but I have to on Monday at 12pm leave MRF line to call the doctor and make an appointment that I do not even know at that moment when I see my GP,so I tell you when just from day to day

Doris-OK,but I will be remember about that ,so when you deliver me something from your GP even after visit ,I will treat it as medical officer�fs certificate not as a holiday

Beata-I am talking also medicines for my stomach ,because I have got troubles,I am lifting burdens and too much icids my stomach is producing

Doris-what burdens

Beata - for example sacks with rubbish when I am standing first by machine they are heavy,cardboard is very heavy whilst sweaping ,there are very big piles of rubbish.It is very hard especially when they are wet, from lifting of equipment,and I am overburdening my belly.too much icid it is produsing.One more examination I have to do,I have got menstruation every 19-18 days if you count from first day of menstruation,so normally every 2 weeks.

After this conversation I was working all day -10 hours by the moving belt,on 2,5 meters high platform within operating area.

On Monday I put aside medicines,but I still felt their influence,I told Doris our H&S Officer about that ,but in spite of that I had to keep working
