Since the morning in factory there is no electricity,no power.

I am drudging on the middle yard.Marcin Grzeœ and Marcin Dziuba are on Top Yard .They do nothing.They put pile of pallets, just in case ,that if somebody was passing they could pretend that they are putting these pallets in order.And they were keeping in this way until 15.20 when they give electrecity.

Sam and Tom are also on our yard.They hid themselves to do nothing.They went inside sorting machine and they were smoking marihuana.

Marcin Grzeœ said in canteen ,that in case if there was necessity they(Sam and Tom) would pretend that they are tidying this machine.And Marcin Grzeœ added That Tom Regan has got very long and strong caugh whilst smoking marihuana.

Later,when they gave electricity Marcin Ciecierka orderred to Tom to work by the second belt on small plastic position ,because Tom was so strongly narcotized and Marcin Grzeœ had to replace Tom on first belt .On first belt was working also Marcin Dziuba and I on rubbish position.Sam under narcotics was operating fork lift truck.

Marcin Grzeœ was telling on lunch break that he does not want to work so he will search for cardboard and take some sleep and then he changed his mind and told that he is going to regain copper from cables.

About smoking marihuana by Sam and Tom Marcin Grzeœ was saying during third break.

Paul Gray said to me today that Marek can not take unpaid holidays any longer.

Was raining.Marcin Go³¹b and £ukasz Ciecierka they obtained waterproof trousers.£ukasz Ciecierka cape and Sam Hartwick cape obtained also.For Marek they were’nt so nice he had to cover himself with cardboard.

Marek is back.

At 3 pm I went for forms to fill them and give reasons for Marek’s absence.After putting-:”I had to go to Poland in private family cases”I took them back to the office and I went to boss to sign them.There was Julia Beric-H&S Manager

And at once she attacked:

Julia-who completed form

Beata-I

Julia-it can not be like that,it must be done by Marek

Beata-if I translated everything to him and he signed everything is OK

Julia-You can not translate,you are employee

Beata-the same like and Zibi(his real name was Zbigniew it was Polish guy -her employee and whose English was worse than mine)

Julia-he is my official translator

Beata-when I see his certificate

Julia-I will come with translator from Corby and I want to speak with Marek why he was absent?

Beata-like I have written ,he had got private matters

Julia-was he at a doctor?

Beata-not this time

She scratched something on the form

Julia-I will sign

Beata-You are not our boss

Julia-But I am from H&S

Marc Gray heard everything.

Marcin Grzeœ again pissed on my eyes.

Today £ukasz Ciecierka was standing next to me and said apparently to everyone:

- brandish the brush whore

And then when we were pushing rubbish into digger’s spoon he told:

-push whore .

The second day they were repairing destroyed by Tom net.

Digger has not got back right light for a couple of weeks now.

Sam went for break at 9 o’clock and he was back at 10(when normally break lasts 15 min),he was in toilet.

They were talking that when Sam is in toilet ,he even does not put off his trousers only sits on water-closet and watches magazines with naked women.

Sam spends in toilet average 2hours a day and still he has got his normal breaks.His working day is usually shorter than main about 2 hours.

After 3^rd break £ukasz Ciecierka was on another yard.He carried out skip with plastic to be emptied.We were waiting when he is back.

At about 15.40 I heard something like sound of shot.I turned back I was standing on first belt - cardboard position.Sorting machine was switched off and nobody was working.On big plastic were standing first Tom,second Marcin Dziuba.Opposite them Adam Kwiatkowski -on small plastic position.I looked at M.Dziuba .He had half of his face in blood.I said to Marcin Go³¹b:

-he crushed his head.

Everybody run down.

M.Dziuba went to our “office“(it was actually wooden shed -wich was standing inside our warehouse -they kept there some of documents)to staunch bleeding.

I asked Tom what has happenned .

Tom-he was trifling,pressing and it shot straight into his face..

I told to M.Dziuba that he should go to the office for first aid

M.Dziuba-it was only blank cartridge.

Adam Kwiatkowski added ,that M.Dziuba found it on the belt and was trifling with this blank cartridge.

Next they went to toilet to wash Marcin’s Dziuba face.

When they came back Marcin Go³¹b said to me

-he stumbled and crushed head for himself.

After that all of them :M.Grzeœ,Tom Regan,Marcin Go³¹b and of course Marcin Dziuba they went to office for first aid with their official version.

In the morning I was standing on the first line.I was backed to the second line.

On the second belt was standing Tom,Marcin Dziuba,Adam Kwiatkowski and Marcin Grzeœ.I felt that something hit my back.it was tennis ball.I was suspecting Tom and I was right.£ukasz Ciecierka who was standing opposite me was laughing ironically.

At 8.40 I was hit again this time in my head.

Marcin Go³¹b said to £.Ciecierka that it was Tom.

On the break I put these incidents into Accident Book.-Marek advised me to do that.

After break I was standing again opposite £.Ciecierka and Marcin Go³¹b.They took revange for my note in the Accident Book.I heard:

-,bitch,whore,fuck you etc,everything apparently between them both ,but they everytime when they were swearing they were looking at me.

I was standing faced to the gate on the first line .Opposite me was standing £ukasz Ciecierka and was pissing.he turned only his head back to see if I am watching.

Pig.With cigarette he hides himself behind the skip.

Since the morning I was standing on small plastic position slone.At about 9.20 I moved on big plastic and to avoid situation from yesterday I took second position.I did not want to be hit with a bottle again ,but culturally I asked Tom which position he preffers.

-It’s OK -answered

Since the beginning he was not doing anything.He stood turned back to the belt,he was stroking rubbish,only from time to time he threw away something.

At the end he took magazine and started to read.

I stopped the belt.

I said to Tom

- swap position with me .I do not want to stand as a second when you are reading, because I have to work much harder

-Fuck off-he answered

I told to everyone

-we are waiting when Tom finishes reading-and the same I repeated again to Tom

-2-3 minutes yet-he answered

I-OK

Then he said to me-so go to change -and added-fuck off

We swapped our places.Next in 2 minutes there was signal that skip with paper was full.

This day on first break I made tea for me and my boyfriend.It had got taste of perfume.They poured perfumes to our teacups.For all day in spite of washing up ,tea had got this awful taste.

I was sitting on big cube of cardboard .It was about11.30 during break for emptying skip with paper.Lorry was separating me from the rest of yard.Firstly next to my head fell decayed apple then ball.Of course Tom as an only person came out of the place from which those subjects were thrown

At 4.30pm I started to sweep outside our warehouse .£ukasz Ciecierka was in digger.

Suddenly I felt strong hit in my right leg.It was very painful.It was hard patato.I finished sweeping outside and I started to sweep inside under the stairs of first belt.Again hard patato fell just few centimetres from my head .I emerged myself very quickly.and looked behind the skip to see

Who was there and who could cast patato.Of course there was only Tom.On 15/04/2008 he was casting on me with balls .

I have got big bruise on my leg and it hurts me.

I was with Marek in clinic Normed in General Hospital.I was examinated by one lady,even if I earlier was speaking to the phone with a man at 20.00.

She helped me nothing,She adviced me to change a job . She said that nobody deserves on such treating especially in this country .She said that she can not write me medical statement .She advised me to register at GP. At about 23.00 I called the police incident number-816/28/04.

At the doctors I said about my headaches.That I suffer from them for 8-9 months.That they are so strong that I can not manage ,especially that from head hurts me all my jaw.

She said that it is caused by stress.

She’s right.

Even today after last break ,when we were taking our work positions,I saw like Tom picks up golf ball until 16.30 I was standing stressed and I was waiting only when I get hit.

I was on cardboard position,Tom on big plastic .Sam was on the same belt like me and he was watching me to caught me on something .

Today I woke up with even stronger headache than yestarday.I ate my breakfast and I vomited it.I was weak and all in cold sweat.

I did not go to work only again to a doctor.They sent me to MIAMI Ward.I was examinated by woman.She said that I have to sign in to GP very soon and than they will be able to put me to hospital .

I asked her for medical statement for my leg.She said if police would like to ask for report they must ask for manager -M Martley and ask for report.That they do not give report ,that police have to ask earlier and order to produce such report.

Police will visit me today at 18.00

In the morning it turned out that somebody stole from my cupboard 12 paper masks.

Marek said that since yesterday they have not been in cupboard .

Tom as usual was aggressive.I was sweeping and they were putting pallets in order.I was sweeping near Tom.He was casting with those pallets in the way to make that swept by me plastic,paper was flying around. Finally he casted with pallet stright onto pile swept by me rubbish ,pressed it down and started to put pole of pallets on it.

On first break I took my holiday request to the office(07/05-from 12 .00 to 17.00-registration at GP)I filled by that occasion Sickness form and I went to Paul Gray to ask for signing.

He read.

Paul-but you have not seen him

Beata-Yes I saw him,shortly 2^nd patato fell down few centemetres from my head ,when I emerged from behind the skip ,on the place from which patato was thrown stood only Tom,

Paul-I understand you ,I pass to Julia and she decides what next.

I said to him about perfumes in our tea cups.

-maybe and it is funny,but if I was allergetic to some ingredients it would not be so funny.

And I told about masks and other “flying objects”.

At 10.30 came Glen and Paul Hartwig they asked for coming down everyone besides me.They hid themselves before me.

After coming back they behaved different.

I was surprised by Paul Gray.

I was expecting:

-it is impossible

-I am so sorry

- such things in my company

-it is not tolerable

But he said only:

-you have’nt seen that it was he.

After 13.00,when I came back from lunch break it turned out that somebody throw away my pallet,which I was using as an elevating platform,I am too short to work on the line without elevation.(Tom and Sam stayed when rest of group went to canteen for break)

I said about that to Marcin Ciecierka.

At 14.15 I moved on big plastic position .IT turned out that and there my pallet disappeared Again I went to complain to M.Ciecierka.

Came Paul Hartwick.He called for me Sam and Tom.

I said about Pallets.

Tom and Sam they started to deny.

I heard from them:

-fuck off ,fuck you , you leave fucking cardboard.

Then Tom said that pallets were damaged

And Paul ‘s comment sounded like words of endearment - ach you naughty boy

I become angry and I said that I go to office to make complain,because Paul Hartwick was laughing in my face .

In the office I was speaking to Marc Gray

He said that he will talk with them.

After my coming back to our yard Paul Hartwick was laughing that “fuck you”that men do always like that ,that it is normal.I said that it is not normal.

I was very angry because I asked for help and everybody was laughing stright into my face

Paul instead to make reprimand his son ,he said that it is normal.

Of course Marc Gray did not come and did not speak with anybody.In the morning when he was walking with one official I said to him “good morning” but Marc Gray lowered his head and did not answer me.

I would like to tell something about my yesterday’s conversation with Paul Gray yet.

As usual he wanted to intimidate.Yesterday at office was present one gentelman.At the end of our talking,he took me out on corridor,that this man could not hear us and said to me:

-it can not be like that ,too many days of holidays have you used in such short time.(I 13 days to 13^th May)and that for Marek’s holiday in June he will pay in further parts of the year.

In the morning at 7.30 it turned out that there is no paper masks.

On Wednesday I reported about theft to M.Ciecierka.and on Thursday to Paul Gray.

M.Ciecierka brought me one mask and said:

-keep ,it is new

I looked at the mask and said

-no ,it was used

Marcin-used?ach yes -and threw it away

Marcin-can you work without mask?

Beata-yes,I can.

I did not want to refuse.

I was sorting rubbish.I used these protective paper masks during work on line to not inhale dust and dirt .

Marcin brought me new mask at 8.45

Tom was operating with digger today.

Nothing learns him.

Today deliberately,very dangerously close to me he passed with digger.

Deliberately 2^nd time he was turning with digger so close to me that digger’s spoon was only centimetres from my face.

Sam was sitting in digger at 14.20 also.At that moment we were sweeping rubbish into digger’s spoon .Sam put his hand on digger’s window.and show me clearly”fuck you” with his middle finger .

At 11.35 we started to sweep.Skip with paper was emptying.

I was standing by the pile of cardboard.Behind me was only Tom.By the same pile were standing and others but they were in front of me I saw them.At about 11.40 next to my head flied bottle.I turned back.It was Tom .He wanted to strike me .He used brush to hit the bottle(like in golf) and tried to attack me.I again called to police.Incident number

Saturday-policeman came only today after 10 o’clock.He kept bosses’ side.He said that I should change my job,that he will not help me ,because he has got tighten hands.He said:

-You said that you are union member.Go there then

I did not say anything like that but I assented to him.

I showed him letter which I wanted to send to Northamptonshire Police with demand to found criminal case against Alibone Recycling Ltd under victimization at work.

Policeman(M.Proctor) dissuaded me from doing it.He said that police do not help me.That sending this letter it would be in vain.

At 9.40 came to me Doris and Mark Gray,I was working on big plastic position at that moment.

Doris was speaking to me in English.She said that police was in company and that they had no idea about anything.

I answered that it is not a true,that I was speaking with Paul Gray,with standing next to us Mark Gray and I put information about striking me into accident book .

She said:

- better is not to speak here were everybody can hear,lets do appointment.

My answer was:

-I trust only for Marek and I want that he was present on the meeting ,he will be back from holiday on Wednesday

Doris- OK,at 8.30 on Wednesday then.

Today at 11.10 when they were putting pallets in order I was waiting when they finish to start sweeping.Somebody hit me with ball in my back.When at11.20 I was going on platform second ball flied next to my temple.One minute earlier I saw Tom like he was picking ball from the ground.At 12.30 I went to the office to put down into Accident book.I spoke to Doris and Ian Gray.

At 14.30 came Doris and Ian they called us to canteen.

Ian said :

-last week there were police.Throwing objects must finish.Now I will not point anybody with my finger ,but if it happens again I will dismiss somebody .

We have obtained memo from Doris Pietniczka-Panek our Health and Safety Officer.

They withdrawal themselves from dismissing people .They wrote only about disciplinary actions and about horse-playing.They called harassment and victimization and threatening just like horse-playing and striking,beating as playing with waste

In the morning I was standing on small plastic position.Magnet position was taken by Tom Regan.

I saw on the belt dead rat.For next some time I was looking with anxiety towards the magnet,because I was afraid that Tom will combine something with this rat.Everyone has known how strongly I am afraid of rats.

Later I forgot about all matter.

After maybe 45minutes,when was not so much rubbish on the belt,came to me Tom and put this dead rat just before me -on the space between belts.Opposite me stood Marcin Go³¹b .He threw this rat from this space on my belt.

Marek on holiday.

Belt broke after 9 o’clock.From 9.40 to13.30 we were working where we only could.

I with boxes,the rest in shredder.After 3^rd break they were playing football and then they started to sputter themselves with “body-lotion”-whole pallet of “body-Lotion’s”was standing in shredder.Playing with waste according to last Doris’s Memo (from 03/06/2008)is strictly forbidden on pain of disciplinary action.

One day I say thank you to Julia.

After my complaint that they are throwing away my pallets and that every time I must carry them back on platforms alone(they are heavy)Julia Beric decided that I can not use pallets as an elevating platforms any more.

Today I was working without pallet for the first time.My feet are hurting me from continuous standing on tiptoe.My hands are hurting too.I must stir them much more.And I imprinted my all forepart,because in order to reach anything I had to press myself to the belt’s border.

Rubbish was finishing.There was only one not high pile of rubbish to sort.From 12.00 to 12.30 they were throwing up another pile of rubbish from that existing one.They were pouring rubbish from one place to another to catch all of rats (we were finishing rubbish which was placed on our yard since March and rats were able to build their nets so we had got real plague of rats on those days) and kill them.I thought that they are doing it for me because I am afraid of rats.

After long break I had got cardboard position on first belt.During work it turned out how they really care after me.£ukasz Ciecierka went on belt’s border and was watching rubbish which was given by the server belt .Unexpectedly I raised up my head and I looked at £ukasz.He was looking at me and pretending how he pisses on me and he was demonstrating that to others.

Few minutes earlier they spotted with Adam Kwiatkowski a rat on the belt.They glanced at me ,communicated between themselves with their eyes and allowed rat to go.I did not understand all situation at first moment and I was keeping with work.They were surprised that I did not take fright at that rat.I heard:

-it must have run under rubbish,she has not noticed it.
