Today until first break we are doing rubbish from barrels.Again plague of rats.I am standing on cardboards position.

After first break like on Thursday I am working with boxes.I am tearing boxes and leaflets and I am throwing them into cages.These leaflets are to have come to shredder next.Those pallets is a very big amount .They are standing next to compactors.The rest of the team,it is 8 persons is working in shredder,where usually Marek is working alone and were I was working alone also.And I -athlete I am working with boxes.

Tom is doing nothing ,is sitting in digger and is crushing with digger’s spoon earlier put under bottles with “body lotion”taken from the shredder.Bottels are sputterring around.

At 12.30 during lunch break to canteen came Doris.She said:

-There probably nobody is smoking within the premises.Even There is no sign of cigarette-ends and they would be.It is good because yesterday Max caught Andy whilst smoking.Andy is suspended.

They have got instructions-to take cigarette-ends after smoking and not to throw them on the ground.

Today from third break they came back at 15.25(they were playing cards in canteen ) and straight away they went to smoke.

At 16.10 they were also smoking.It is only what I observed today.

They know about police.They are preparing.

At 16.15 we went to shredder.Tom took again those lotions and started to sputter others.Came Max Gray and took 1 lotion .When only Max went ,amusement started on the best.I stayed alone in shredder because rest started to sputter each other.

I really have got a big problem ,when I am working without pallet. - I felt terrible pain in my feet , I had to stand on my fingers , I had to put feet in different uncomfortable positions . My hand were too short I was always very hard pressed with my chest to the belt’s border . Between me and border was threshold , so my feet were further from border than the rest of body . I was not able to find convenient position . My feet were always in deformed position . My legs hurt me . During day they became fatter , at nights I had got cramps .

- Hands - pain and growing stiff . When I could not use pallet was even worse . When I was “ taller “ I kept my hands lowered , then after Julia’s Beric decision I had to keep them rised up . Besides I was scrubbing with my arms rubbish . Earlier I could from height , take for example plastic out of rubbish and not even touch with my arms waste . Now my shoulders were much lower so my hands ( From shoulders to fingers ) were all dipped in rubbish .

When is hot like yesterday I could wear tshirt,now I have to wear long sleave blouse to avoid that my skin touched rubbish.It is unbeareable.

Today they all the time were mending belt.I was working at shredder.Rubbish was all the time delivered.,It is curious,when we reach the wall,in how many months.

We ’ve obtained leter from H&S .They do not allow to wear shorts and go without tshirts ,because there is apparently opportunity that skin can be in contact with something harmfull.What ’s the coincidense.yesterday I was writing about my hands dipping in rubbish.

Marek and I we obtained goggle from Doris today.

Marek said that tommorrow he takes photo of rubbish.

M.Ciecierka said that from today he can not drive with lorry on the road,because he has not got licence,and this is public road.Lorry was driven also by M.Go³¹b,£.Ciecierka and A.Kwiatkowski many times .Besides Adam said that he is under 24,so he can not apply for lorry driver position.There is a vacancy for lorry deiver.Company is sponsoring driving license.There is only one candidate at that moment-Marcin Ciecierka.

Until 12.30 I was working with Marek in shredder.After lunch break they repaired the belt.At 13.15 we started work with rubbish. Until 14.45(somebody came to pierced digger’s tyre.)

After 3^rd break (they came back at 15.30-played cards) like in every Friday-sweeping.

For all week they delivered rubbish.Rubbish is over 150 tones.In next week they deliver the same amount.Question is when we dig to the wall, when we do that rubbish ,in how many months.With which commission.

They fired Andy.Only one openly friendly to us person.This is only bolster to dismiss us.

Before 16.00.It was about 15.20 came Jason and said that policeman wants to speak with me.I went after Marek.

In the office there were Ian,Doris and policeman-Alan Titchner-the same who took from me report 816/28/04/08..

The door was slightly opened and in that second office was sitting Jason by computer,and he had got insight to our conversation.

Policeman said that he came to speak with me and that he arranged that appointment with Ian.I told to him that I did not know about his visit, that I am not preparred to conversation and that I would like to speak with him in neautral place,and not with my boss presence and with Doris who was doing notes.

It was next trial to intimidate us.If I be telling about what it is wrong in company ,in my boss etc-everything with my boss presence-does it improve my situation at work?

On my requests for another meeting ,on which I will be able to prepare myself policeman did not react.

I reproached him that he helps for only one side and that he did not give me any chance for showing him my documentation.

Normally I should be asked for coming on police station ,there should be written statement,there should not be boss,because I am accusing him-my boss.It was a farce.

Policeman said that if I do not accept his”help”,he can not do anything else and he does not see grounds to make an investigation.

With Ian policeman arranged this appointment earlier.Ian gave him some letters,which he wanted.I was not informed about anything.But policeman regarded that he makes me favour anyway and he did not take under consideration any next meeting.

I was standing on rubbish position opposite me was standing Tom.he found dead rat and throw it in my direction.,He wanted to scare me ,he knows that I am afraid of rats.

After lunch break I was working on big plastic position .Before me on big plastic stood Tom.he sat on the belt’s border turned his back on the belt.He did nothing.

At 14.15 I took small plastic position,Tom -magnet.Opposite me on big plastic was standing Marcin Go³¹b.Marcin was hitting me with tins.I know that he was doing it deliberately.I saw how he is taking aim ,that those rins landed very close to me,that some of them could strike me.

This day I was attacked by Tom yet.He threw under magnet along the belt,big,hard roll of fiscal paper.I kept my hands just above the belt.I felt strong pain in my fingers when this roll struck me .

Then at the end of working day I was tidying my work position.I was collecting rubbish from platform,I was squated down .Tom was passing next to me.He did not wait when I finish,he did not say :-excuse me ,he just passed in a such way that his trousers scratched my face.Ordinary boor.

Since the morning I was standing alone on small plastic.Tom on magnet position.I work very well in other way they would dismiss me long time ago.They were taking away or pushing down something -it was 5 min break.Tom came out and started to shout that there is too much plastic on the belt and that apparently it is because I work badly.Marcin Go³¹b made a wry face because he saw that it is not true.

After 9.20 I took big plastic position ,second position.As a first was standing Tom. He did nothing from time to time he took only one bottle.From first belt L.Ciecierka shouted to Tom that he must work.

It did not work.At 11.30 they were taking out tins and there was a short break.I came down to Marcin Ciecierka.I said:

-Tom did nothing ,I have to work as 2 people.if they order to sort again the same paper it will not be my fault.Besides I do not want to work with Tom any longer.

M.Ciecierka called for Tom.Tom started to shout:

-shut up Beata,fucking,fuck you etc.

M.Ciecierka informed the rest of the group that I do not work with Tom any longer.

£.Ciecierka became indignant:

-we have to work with him also,and we do not want too.We have to work as 2 people as well

It is not a true.because Tom when works with them works more and he is not so lazy.

I said-but you have never complained for work with him

He answered-but I do not like this too.

M.Ciecierka was going meantime to the office,to report situation,but in the office was meeting.I know that it is not a true.That they asked to tell him like that to give me time for calming down.

But it is not point ,because I could refuse again.I could say -if you do not want to work with him report it to boss,lets dismiss him.

I did not say like that because I did not want to make a precendent.They could use this against me.But I work well and Tom not.

23/06/2008

Day started normally.After 12 I took cardboard position.Under me skip was full of cardboard.I had no room to throw down cardboard.Adam ordered to Sam to move the skip to make me place for throwing cardboard.

Sam refused.

It did not bother me.I went on another side.Besides today it was Sam turn.He was responsible for fork lift truck.He had to do it for me.but he refused.

At 14.30 line was broken.

We swept.After break I wanted to go to shredder.There were already Tom and Sam.

Tom shut the door just before my nose.

I opened it and went inside.Tom said

-We are working in 2 of us,you must go out ,you can not work with us

-and do you forbid me?-I asked and I stayed and worked with them

Firstly Sam went to make complaint that I do not want to go then Tom and again Sam.

I went outside to throw away some of cardboard boxes to metal container which was standing outside.

Tom again closed the door before my face.I again opened and went inside.

Tom went again to make complaint.

Came M.Ciecierka and said that I am to have gone on another yard to work with boxes.

At 16.50 before end of work I told to Marcin Ciecierka

-When I did not want to work with Tom ,you-all of you -you were shouting at me .and today when Tom did not want to work with me you put me aside to other place.

M.Ciecierka-but in shredder only 2 people

Beata-not long ago you were working in shredder in 7 persons and everything was OK ,besides you know that on middle yard there was almost nothing to do.I do not want to work with Tom any longer on the belt.

Nobody will expel me from shredder ,besides it is not his private property

M.Ciecierka said that I am to have gone with Tom and Marcin to boss and speak.I explained that I already told what I wanted and now I am waiting for decission.

At 10.50 Tom went for cigarette.then he replaced £.Ciecierka.

At 14.15 M.Grzeœ and Tom they went smoking.

About chairs yet.After 3^rd break my and Marek’s chairs were very wet,somebody poured them with water.On my chair additionally were put stripes of toilet paper.

Since the morning troubles.I asked M.Ciecierka what is going on with my case.He pretended that he has no idea what am I speaking about.and then he said that we have to work like usual.

I asked for explanation on writing.

He answered:

I will not write anything

I asked why there is taken such decission,that I still have to work with Tom

Marcin-I will not change working rotas on every ocassions.

Later I was working on big plastic .They stopped the belt .on first belt was rat.Tom killed it.I saw like Tom was keeping this rat for its tail ,and leaned over the barrier.And started to rocking this rat like before long cast.They switched on the belt.I started to work and in that second rat still alive appeared before me.Cad threw the rat on my belt.If rat went with rest of rubbish to the sorting machine it would take 10 minutes yet ,before it appeared before me on the belt.

I overslept today.I woke up at 7.10 .At work I was at 7.39.I appologised Karen and this gentelman who works with her in the office and I said why I am late.On the yard as a good morning I heard Tom’s shoutings and murmurings .M.Ciecierka was not at work today.P.Hartwick was working with us to replace Marcin.Yestarday I prepared letter to M.Ciecierka with request for explanation his decision on writing -refusal to separate Tom from my person during work on line.At last I did not give this letter to anyone.

I was right -today were 2 gentelmen from any commission.

Digger is still leaking .£ukasz Ciecierka took bob cat ( still without window) and was loading rubbish with it.Paul went back on middle yard.

After long break we did not come back on lane.Paul said that belt is broken again.It is not true everything was OK.

Earlier I was speaking with Doris .I said that M.Ciecierka is disregarding my person.and that it is his service duty to give me explanation on writing ,and that he should not speak to me:-”I will not write anything”Besides it is his duty,he is a supervisor,he takes bigger salaries and also for that that to write working timetables even 5000 times if there is such necessity.And no like he said that in every occasion he is not going to write new one.

Doris said that she will speak with him and with bosses also.And asked me if I am tired with all that situation,so maybe I am accusing Tom injustly.

I told her about rat ,which he threw in my direction and I added that if I am saying that it is Tom ,so it was Tom and that I have not got any halucinations.

Conversation finished with repeating my request for explanation on writing and that I am expecting it next week.

She answered on my question that I do not have to ask for this explanation on writing.

After long break Jason came to me .He said that if I have got any complaints about Marcin Ciecierka I should put them on writing.

I answered that I only want explanation on writing of his decision.Jason told that I will not obtain such explanation,that only what can I do it is to write a complain.

At 10.30 we were sitting there was not rubbish.

I was sitting on big brush which they sometimes connect to fork lift truck to sweep the yard under stairs leading on second platform.

Tom was passing .He was keeping hammer.Unexpectedly I glanced at him.He was pretending that he was beating me with this hammer.Adam Kwiatkowski and Marcin Dziuba witnessed this situation.

Then Tom went on the stairs and exactly above my head he hit with this hammer into banister.

My birthday.Marcin Go³¹b on holiday,Sam Hartwick taken by Pit to drive with him lorry.

There is lack of staff.My Marek was working with us instead.He and Marcin Dziuba on rubbish position -I on cardboard alone.With my short height I work alone on position normally provided for 2 people.It is very common situation.Small plastic usualy I was doing alone too.

On the belt there are massive mountains of rubbish.I am alone I can not manage -belt is running on its highest spid,I can not keep rate.At about 11.05 came Marcin Ciecierka with digger.Skip with rubbish was full.M.Ciecierka moved it with digger to make a room for further rubbish.My skip with cardboard was full too,but he did not care about that,did not move it for me to make me space for throwing there taken by me from the belt cardboard .

I started to suspect that they are making trap for me.

On the belt there were big mountains of rubbish .I was not able to take all cardboard from the bottoms of those mountains.There were really massive piles of rubbish.Persons standing on big plastic positions were supposed to take out left by me cardboard but they did not do that .I think that they wanted that somebody on other yard spotted that in paper is too much cardboard left.If they( from middle yard) asked us for sorting this paper again ,they would accuse me for that,even if it would not be my fault.

I wrote to Marek to stop the belt and to make video with his mobile phone to show how I really work.Marek did as I asked..

At 11.40 Marek was suspended -breaching of H&S policy at work.Cha,cha,cha.

We finished work at 16.19.We started to sweep.At 16.30 we were sweeping rubbish( today Marcin Ciecierka was loading barrels of rubbish with fork lift truck to a lorry,after that is always a lot of shit)-I,Adam kwiatkowski and Tom Regan.

Tom was sending sms messages from his mobile phone.Adam helped me sweep from places were is difficult to reach with equipment.Then Adam got in fork lift truck and started push that swept by us rubbish on one big pile.Tom all the time was manipulating with his mobile,within operating area,when flt was in motion.From time to time he only brandished with brush but not to help .Tom pretended that he helps.

When I finished sweeping with Adam,Tom said that now he is going to sit in Fork lift truck and sent Adam for digger.

I was reflected if I should make complaint on Tom.

They will deny everything.On the other hand they complained on Marek for using mobile straight away.

Today at 9.00 I was at Doris.I told about Tom and mobile.At 10.35 I was asked for writing statement.I did that.I waited for decision and there nothing.They suspended Marek immediately before doing any investigation .At 11.30 was called Adam.He denied everything.I saw earlier how £ukasz Ciecierka was giving him instructions-what Adam should speak.When Adam was back they only swapped between themselves triumphal gestures.After 3^rd break it was clear Tom remains.Discrimination.

Today in the morning as usual Marcin Ciecierka was carrying out paper with lorry.

Marek lurked for him on the public road and took him some photos and made videos.

Came Glen:

-Marek is suspended,he can not be there and take photos.

-It is a public road-I answered

-I say about everything to Doris

It is very funny.They had got problem that Marek took photos and made video,but they did not see any problems that Marcin Ciecierka from 2006 was driving lorry without licence on public road and that using by him lorry was in very bad condition-without lamps,etc.

At 3pm 5 persons went to shredder ,for me as usual was sweeping.

Before 3^rd break all of them they went on the middle yard.I was keep sweeping.

Then came Marcin Grzeœ .He got in digger ,switched on engine and started to read magazine.I was all the time working.In one moment he said(pig) -you can rest ,in few minutes we will be back on line.I felt like his private slave.

Since the morning sweeping.Rest of them(4 persons) in shredder.Adam-bobcat

Marcin Ciecierka was between 8.50-11.25 on the meeting with driving licence instructor.He brought tests on exam for lorry licence.

At about 11.00 I was carrying sack with litters.I saw like Marcin Dziuba and £ukasz Ciecierka were standing on the ladder.Compactor’s chimney was blocked with paper.It was obvious that somebody was inside that chimney.They were laughing aloud and they did comments.

I went on platform to throw rubbish out of the sack.I went to the end of plaatform,were is cardboard position.I leant out of banister and I saw how Marcin Go³¹b was going out of chimney.When Marcin Go³¹b was in this’chimney” compactor was in motion.

They put too much paper on belt and compactor’s chemney was blocked . They have to open the chimney , push paper , close the chemney . Normally it lasts very long , you have to repeat those activities many times . To avoid such boring task and make thing faster - Marcin Golab went to inside of chimney and unblocked it with his legs . Compactor was operating all the time.Only slight slip and person in chimney would be dead.

I told about that to Doris and Paul Hartwick , but of course there was no any disciplinary action taken.
