Monday.My boyfriend Marek on holiday.When I came to work- to our canteen I found

my and Marek’s staff on the floor.Inside canteen was my supervisor Marcin Ciecierka.There were and other members of our team.They said that at night between Friday and Saturday was burglary,and that it is reason why my belongings are on the floor.They said that our canteen was visited by other supervisors from our company-Glen and Mick ,so case was very well known within company.

I and Marek we had got 3 lockers and one wooden cardboard without any lock.

One locker was completely damaged.The door was bent and lock was not suited for use any more.The others 2 lockers was simply opened without any signs of force.Those 2 lockers were delivered to our canteen not long ago,they were new.I and my boyfriend we have obtained one pair of keys,the second pair -spare one was somewere in company’s premises.Sombody must have used those spare keys.There could not be other explanation.

On my suggestion to call for police my supervisor just shrugged his shoulders and that’s it.

- they not called for police

- nobody asked if I lost anything valuable

- nobody produced statement.

Big plastic ,second position.

At 8.20 came Paul Hartwick and said that because of Jason’s Gray decision I can not work on line any longer because I am too short.

Untill break at 9.00 I am collecting litters by the road.They gave me special stick to do that This stick is very long and I am not able to keep in one hand sack and to put litters to the sack with other hand using this stick..

At 9.20 I was moved to shredder.(Paul Ordered me to do that)

At 14.50 Mick orderred me to be back at line.

All day they were disparaging

After work my boyfriend Marek took me on police station.I reported about this criminal offence to Northamptonshire Police stuff member at the reception desk.

I told him about gas,about my caugh,that I was suffocating,that I was standing on 2,5 meter high platform,that sorting machine was operating ,belt was in motion and that I was really endanger.

Officer refused to record my claim.He said that I should speak with my bosses that police do not involve in such things.

I told him that in my company bosses do not care after me,that there was specially arranged burglary in our canteen,that I can not count for my bosses help.

Police officer maintained his standpoint and refused to give me help and support.

We came back home.I knew that every phone call made to police is recorded.I called to police and once again I reported about offence which I was a victim at work.This time my complaint was recorded.Incident number-750/18/02/2008

In the evening visited me at home policeman Ms O’Donnell PC915.

I told her about my situation at work,about wrong language, burglary,gas,that they are pissing in front of my eyes,that I have to fight with discrimination at my workplace.

Policeman explained me that police can not involve in such matters.that it is like in school.When student is rude is sent to headteacher,headteacher than can call for parents.

The same is at my workplace.I must go to boss ,and if boss desides to call for police,police can intervene.

I was left without help.my words that I can not trust my bosses and that they do not help me were not answered.

Ms O’Donnell left my house with words:

-”Ach those men”

Then £ukasz Ciecierka and Marcin Go³¹b were singing”Seven girls from Albatros….”This is beginning of well known song in Poland with my name in title-Beata-.but they changed words on very offensive one.

During a break when it was poured out skip with paper they were putting pallets in order.

Tom Regan and Sam Hartwick they said that they are not going to do that,because they wages are not high enaugh.

Marcin Ciecierka told about everything to Paul Hartwick-Sam’s Father and second foreman of MRF line.

Paul came and started to speak to them.

Suddenly I was hit with big piece of cardboard..I was standing on big plastic position together with Marcin Grzeœ.I do not know who hit me.I suspect Tom or Sam.They were standing downstairs by fork lift truck,were was sitting Paul.

Earlier I was hit by £ukasz Ciecierka with a plastic bottle.Belt was not in motion ,nobody was working.I had got small plastic position,he had got big plastic position just opposite me,nobody else was there present,but I have not seen.I can not prove.

After long break £ukasz Ciecierka switched off a sorting machine and shouted:

-Tom,come to me!Mother fucker ,he tore up the net and pulled out pillar with digger.

Everyone went there and tried to mend damaged net.

After 2pm there was no more rubbish to work with.

We were sweeping yard.

Marcin Ciecierka said:

-he (Tom) could not damage this with fork lift truck .It must have been done by wind.

Idiots.So this mean that Tom has not got digger license ,and that they now are concealing him from me.And in spite of that everyday Tom and Sam Hartwick operate digger.

Before 2 pm £.Ciecierka left his work position (he was standing with Marcin Go³¹b on big plastic position)and went downstairs.He called after Sam,who was standing before me on small plastic position.After some minutes Sam was back on his position.After next 20 seconds on the belt appeared blood-thirsty rat ( Sam“s speciality-I saw earlier a couple of times like he cut a dead rats with a knife).There was nothing else on the belt only this rat.

Sam at once left his work position again.

I heard like M.Grzes asked M.Go³¹b if I was scared.
