Our story has got beginning in 2005,when we started work in Alibone Recycling Ltd , Moulton , Northants.
After almost three years of our employment we decided to rise grievance procedure in writing stage 2.

We have never suspected that in our seemingly simple case under discrimination which we have brought to Tribunal will be involved so many other public institutions.
